What’s your refund policy?

WE OFFER EXCHANGES WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR DIFFERENT SIZES IF THE GARMENTS DONT FIT YOU. BUYER MUST SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO OUR SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED IN THIS FAQ.

WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS POST SHIPMENT UNLESS THERE IS AN OBVIOUS DEFECT IN THE ITEM YOU RECIEVE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER IT IS FINAL, THIS IS BECAUSE ORDERS ARE INSTANTLY PROCESSED AND HANDLED. WE CAN PROCESS A REFUND IF THE ITEM IS YET TO BE SHIPPED.

WE SHIP THE MAJORITY OF OUR PRODUCTS FROM CANADA, THOUGH CERTAIN ITEMS COME FROM OUR OFFICE IN HONG KONG.
